  • Google Account Data: When you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your email address and display name. We do not receive or store your Google password.
  • Billing Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription details but do not directly store credit card numbers.

Content & Business Data

  • Business Context: You may provide a website URL and business description to help tailor content generation. We may analyze your provided URL to extract a summary of your business.
  • Generated Content: Posts, variations, and edits you create within the platform are stored in your workspaces.
  • Usage Data: We track monthly usage counts (generations, ideas, context refreshes, subreddit recommendations) to enforce plan limits.

Automatically Collected Data

  • Error & Diagnostic Data: We collect error reports and diagnostic data to maintain service reliability. This may include your IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
  • Cookies: We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Third-party services we integrate with (such as Stripe) may also set cookies as necessary to provide their services.

2. How We Use Your Data

Hotpush uses the collected data for the following purposes:

  • To generate AI-powered Reddit marketing content tailored to your business
  • To recommend relevant subreddits for your product or service
  • To manage your account, workspaces, and subscription
  • To process payments and enforce plan usage limits
  • To monitor and improve the quality of AI-generated content
  • To detect, prevent, and address errors and technical issues

3. Disclosure of Data

Hotpush may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Generated content is stored in your workspaces until you delete it.

You may delete your account at any time from the Account settings page, which will remove your profile and associated data. If you wish to request complete deletion of all data we hold about you, please contact us.

6. Security of Data

The security of your data is important to us. We implement commercially reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your Personal Data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
